Eligibility and Enrollment

Enrollment in certification programmes is subject to eligibility criteria specified for each course. Applicants must submit accurate personal and academic information for verification. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful verification and payment of applicable programme fees. The University reserves the right to cancel enrollment if submitted information is false or misleading.
Course Access and Learning Materials

Students will receive access to lectures, assignments, study materials, and learning resources through the LMS. All content is intended for personal academic use only. Unauthorized sharing, recording, reproduction, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited. The University may update course content and platform features when required.
OTP Verification for Payments

For secure transactions, OTP verification may be used during payment processes. OTPs will be sent to the registered mobile number for authentication and transaction security.
Fees, Payments, and Refunds

Programme fees are published on respective programme pages and may be revised periodically. Fees must be paid within prescribed timelines through approved payment methods. All fees, including registration fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Academic Integrity and Conduct

Students must maintain academic honesty and professional conduct. Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or misuse of academic resources may lead to disciplinary action including suspension or cancellation of enrollment.
Examinations and Evaluation

Programmes may include lectures, assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations. Evaluation criteria and grading policies will be communicated at programme commencement. Students must ensure access to a functional device and stable internet connection.
Certification Issuance

Certificates will be awarded only upon successful completion of programme requirements and fulfillment of all academic and administrative obligations.
Privacy and Data Protection

The University collects and processes personal information solely for academic, administrative, and lawful institutional purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required for academic processes, legal obligations, or regulatory compliance.

Technical Requirements and Support

Students are responsible for maintaining required devices, software, and internet connectivity. Technical support is provided for official platforms; however, the University is not responsible for disruptions caused by personal devices or third-party services.
Suspension or Termination of Enrollment

The University may suspend or terminate enrollment in cases of non-payment, academic misconduct, misuse of digital platforms, or disciplinary violations.
Limitation of Liability

The University shall not be liable for technical disruptions, system failures, unauthorized access, data loss, or interruptions in online services beyond its reasonable control.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The University reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policies.
